In an exclusive setting our Blue Bird Café's and Restaurant's Oscar Prize-winning chef offers authentic food based on the international cuisine but enriched by local Hungarian traditions. He pays special attention to the use of seasonal ingredients and their refinement, without giving up on experimentation.
